Homecoming Scotland 2009 celebrates the 250th anniversary of Robert Burns’ birth. The year long festival also celebrates some of Scotland’s great contributions to the world: golf, whisky, great minds and innovations and Scotland’s rich culture and heritage.
The first Crieff Gathering was held in 1870 and this year marks the 125th Gathering to be held. Crieff annually hosts the Scottish Professional Heavyweight Championship and attracts the very best international athletes.
We hope to attract many overseas visitors with Scottish connections or roots in the area to the gathering. Our visitors tent will take a record of every one of them. So if you are visiting from overseas, please make a visit to the tent.
